BizAlerts delivers daily email alerts of new business registrations (LLCs, corporations, partnerships, and more) sourced from public Secretary of State records. We collect and organize this publicly available data so you don't have to.
All plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from your account page — no phone calls, no hoops. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
All business filing data is sourced from public government records and provided on an "as-is" basis. While we work to deliver timely and accurate information, we cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy of the underlying government data. Filing records may contain errors, delays, or omissions from the original source.
BizAlerts is designed for legitimate business development — helping insurance agents, CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals connect with newly formed businesses. You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), harass or stalk individuals, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
We may adjust our pricing from time to time. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice via email before any price change takes effect. You can cancel before the new pricing applies if you prefer not to continue.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable use policy above. If we terminate your account for a policy violation, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizAlerts' total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you have paid in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
