When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and filter preferences (states, entity types, keywords, and geographic filters). Payment information is processed directly by Paddle — we never see or store your card details.
We use your information to deliver the BizAlerts service: building your personalized filing digests, processing payments, and sending service-related emails (digest emails, account confirmations, and important service updates). That's it.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Your data stays between you and BizAlerts.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party advertising scripts. The only cookies we use are essential for basic session functionality when you are logged into your account.
Your account data is retained for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we keep your data for 90 days in case you decide to resubscribe. After that period, your personal data will be deleted upon request.
All business filing information delivered through BizAlerts comes from public government records maintained by state Secretaries of State. This data is publicly available and is not considered private or personal information.
